HOW TO ENTER NEPAL
If you are travelling to Nepal make sure that Tribhuvan International Airport is one and only international airport in Nepal. Nepal Airlines the national flag carrier of Nepal and other international Airlines operates flight from Bangkok, Colombo, Calcutta, Dhaka, Dubai. International flight operating their flights in Kathmandu are Biman Bangladesh, China Southern, Malindo Air, Qatar Airways, Fly Emirates, Druk Air, Indian Airlines and Thai Airways.
BY LAND
The entry points for Nepal are Kakarbhitta, Birgunj, Belahiya, Bhairahawa, Nepalgunj, Dhangadi and Mahendra Nagar. The only entry point at Nepal from China is Kerung, Rasuwa and Kodari.
BY ROAD TRANSPORT
If you are travelling from the border of India. The road transportation is only options to travel Nepal. Kathmandu is a major hub connected with India through the fertile plains of the Terai by the most fabulous highways. Visitors are permitted to drive their own cars but their vehicles must possess an international carnet. There are regular bus service to Kathmandu from all the border points. The interior parts of the country are also linked with a number of motor-able roads. Buses for the different parts of the country are available at the Gongabu bus terminal which is located near Balaju.

Nepal Janakpur - Jayanagar Railway operates a freight and passenger service in the eastern Terai.
DOMESTIC AIR SERVICE
The Nepal Airlines operates an extensive network of air service in the interior parts of Nepal. It has scheduled flights from Kathmandu to Taplejung, Bhadrapur, Rajbiraj, Bhojpur, Phaplu, Lukla, Lamidanda, Tumlingtar, Rumjatar and Biratnagar in the Eastern Development Region to Simara, Janakpur, Ramechhap, Jiri, Bharatpur and Meghauli in the Central Development Region: to Pokhara, Jomsom, Manang, and Bhairahawa in the Western Development Region; and to Nepalgunj, Chaurjhahari, Surkhet, Dang, Juphal, Jumla in the Mid- Western Development region and to Bajura, Baitadi, Dipayal, Darchula, Mahendranagar, Dhangadi, Tikapur in the Far- Western Development Region.
